We aim for complete customer satisfaction. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Refund
The book must be returned in its original condition, without any damages, within 15 days of purchase.
Refunds are only applicable for books that arrive damaged or differ significantly from the description.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
Books marked as 'final sale' are not eligible for refunds. Additionally, books that are damaged by the customer after purchase, or any damaged books that are not reported within 3 days of delivery, will not qualify for a refund. If you receive a book that differs from its description or if you receive an incorrect book by mistake, it must be unused and reported to us within 3 days for a replacement or refund
